Welcome to Deciva. These terms describe what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By using Deciva, you agree to what's below.
Deciva is a decision-support tool. It suggests food, and later will suggest clothes, shows, and weekend plans. It uses AI to make suggestions personalised to your context. Suggestions are educated guesses, not professional advice.
You're responsible for what you do with your account. Use accurate information at signup. Don't share your credentials. If someone gains access to your account, let us know.
Dietary rules and allergies you set are respected as strictly as we can, but suggestions are AI-generated. Always check dishes for ingredients that could affect you before ordering or cooking. Deciva is not a replacement for medical advice, dietary counselling, or professional judgment.
We do not guarantee that every dish suggested will be available on Swiggy, Zomato, or your local restaurants. Delivery availability depends on those platforms, not us.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, break, scrape, or abuse the service. Don't use it to spam, harm, or extract information about others. Don't use it for illegal purposes.
Deciva uses AI models with rate limits. Excessive automated use may result in your account being temporarily paused.
The Deciva name, brand, mascot characters, design, and code are ours. Suggestions generated for you are provided under a permission to view and use them within the app.
Deciva links to Swiggy, Zomato, YouTube, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto to help you act on suggestions. We don't control what happens once you leave our app. Their terms apply on their platforms.
You can stop using Deciva anytime. To delete your account, write to us at rahulbijarniya00@gmail.com.
We may change these terms as the product grows. Significant changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
We're a small team (of one, right now) doing our best. The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of Deciva — including but not limited to a food suggestion you didn't enjoy.

Legal notice. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Deciva regarding use of the service.
